Why is the delivery charge on my order so expensive?

If your order includes an item that requires pallet delivery due to its size, a single delivery charge will apply, regardless of the total order value. Occasionally, your order may arrive in separate shipments, either due to stock availability or because certain products are sent directly from our suppliers. In these cases, the delivery charge for the entire order is applied to the first item dispatched. This may result in an invoice showing a pallet delivery charge alongside a lower value item. We understand this could cause some confusion and wish to reassure you that the delivery charge is only applied once per order and will not appear on any subsequent invoices for the same order.
