When will I receive an order you placed into storage during the school holidays?

During the summer holidays, if we believe your setting is closed, we may place your completed orders into secure storage. These orders will remain safely stored until the start of September, when our delivery partner will begin distributing them across the UK. While we make every effort to deliver all stored orders as swiftly as possible, please note that the volume of accumulated orders during summer may mean the process takes up to two weeks to complete. Although we are unable to provide an exact delivery date for orders released from storage, you can be confident that our dedicated team will work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
