What happens if the goods I order are out of stock?
We work hard to maintain good stock levels but sometimes products may go out of stock, here we share some detail on what happens.
If an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will place it on backorder and dispatch it to you as soon as new stock arrives at our warehouse. Where possible, and if operationally required, we may part-ship available items from your order so you can receive those without delay.
