We utilise a number of different delivery partners to safely deliver your goods to you and these vary depending on the size of your order and the products contained within it.
Parcels
If your order doesn't contain any products that necessitate pallet delivery we will utilise DX to make the delivery to you, DX are a specialist courier service who typically deliver within 2 working days of dispatch between business hours.
Pallets
We use Walkers Transport for the delivery of large orders or any deliveries that contain a product on it that requires pallet delivery due to it's size which is indicated in our catalogue and our website by either of the symbols below:
Walkers Transport typically deliver within 5 working days of dispatch and will contact you prior to delivery to book the delivery in with you; deliveries are made within business hours and are kerbside only.
2 man deliveries
Some of our very large products are sent by a company called Sprint Shift who specialise in 2 man deliveries, if your order contains such a product Sprint Shift will contact you directly and will book the delivery in with you, instead of using a pallet to transport the goods they'll use their 2 man delivery crews to offload the vehicle at your premises.
Direct deliveries from suppliers
Some of the products we offer for sale are dispatched directly from third party suppliers, in these instances the suppliers may use alternative delivery methods to get your goods to you.
