How do your UK delivery charges work?

Here we explain the delivery charges for the UK

For UK mainland our delivery charges are as follows:

  • Orders over £200 (ex VAT) are free as long as no item on the order requires pallet delivery which is signified by a heavy symbol.
  • Orders under £200 (ex VAT) that don't contain any items that require a pallet delivery which is signified by a heavy symbol cost £5.95 + VAT
  • Orders that contain a heavy or bulky item signified by a heavy symbol incur a one off delivery surcharge of £45 + VAT regardless of order value
  • Orders that contain special delivery arrangement signified by a double weight symbol incur a one off delivery surcharge of £70 + VAT regardless of order value
