How do I request invoice copies?
Here we detail how to seek invoice copies from us
Each time we dispatch an order, our system sends a sales invoice automatically to the designated contact on record. Regrettably we cannot provide invoices if we're yet to dispatch the goods to you.
For copies of past invoices, please email accounts@cosydirect.com with the relevant invoice reference numbers (beginning with "SI") or with your sales order number, and a member of our Finance team will be happy to provide these for you.
