How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. To help us process your request, please have your sales order number, purchase order number or address, along with the product code of the item you wish to cancel, ready. Our customer service team will raise a support ticket and advise you whether your order can be cancelled. If the product has not yet been dispatched, there will be no charge for cancelling your order.
